Since this has been a recurring question on the list, I made a small script to automatically create a frame around a frame, to make it easier to create space between an image frame and surrounding text.
It could be made more complex, by adding a requestor for adjusting the spacing size, but with a small script like this, one could easily modify and create multiple scripts to suit: border10.py, border15.py, border20.py...
