The french post says to deinstall every version of Scribus from your disk, then remove any residual scribus file from the "Program File" directory and then reinstall the 1.3.3.1 version.
I did this, (I also removed the ".scribus" directory from my personnal "Document and Settings" directory.). It seems to work quite well... oh wait! damn it! it crashes again. But it looks a little bit better (one of the bugs I had in text editor when pasting text has gone).
