You can copy the content and paste it to new frames using absolute cordinates related to the frame from where you copied. It makes possible to build these type of cool things: http://www.saunalahti.fi/rikle/paste_absolute_handsome.pdf There I first draw the left most frame and got the image there. Then i used content>copy to copy the image and used paste absolute to paste it to the two other frames.
