[Scribus] cairo 1.2.0 minimum requirement for 1.3.4cvs

Hi,

Just a note to all self builders out there.. we have bumped the minimum cairo 
version for 1.3.4cvs to 1.2.0 as of tonight. The next cvs sync will include 
the changes.
