No, unfortunately not (yet). What you can do, however, is switching on "Hyphenation suggestions"/"Trennvorschl?ge" in hyphenation settings. Scribus will then not hyphenate automagically but ask what it is supposed to do. There are lots of bug reports/RFEs on this topic in the bug tracker.
