[Scribus] Scribus Libart Issue When Compiling 1.3.2

Hi all:

I'm excited about the 1.3.2 release and eager to try it out, but can't 
because it keeps bogusly complaining that I don't have the right version 
of Libart.  My Kubuntu Breezy box says it has the latest version.

Help!!!
