Hi! I'm fairly new to Scribus, and I'm having a bit of a problem that I'm hoping someone can help me with -- I've already searched the archives and haven't found anything that addresses it.
The problem in a nutshell is that my page numbers won't center properly. I've created some master pages that have an image (.75 by .75), and a text frame above it, same size, no padding, to hold the page number (set up with automatic page numbering). The image size, image frame, and text frame are all exactly the same size. I've made sure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the Story Editor, and I've tried both setting a style and using the properties of the text box. Some page numbers will turn out all right, but some of them will be visibly off. Since the end product is going to be some 64 pages, I'd rather not have to manually track them. I'm running Scribus 1.3.3.2 on Windows XP -- I don't know how to compile cvs's, and I'm not even sure they're set up to be compiled to Windows, so I'm sticking with what I know works.
