[Scribus] something twith the mailing list signature

Hey guys, ...

There is is something wrong with the signature of the mailing list. A 
signature should intrtoduced by "-- ". So it is possible for a 
mailreader to interprete the beginning of a signature and don't quote it 
and so on.
