[Scribus] Missing monpref4.png

Just finished a build of CVS snapshot from 2006-02-28.
The file monprof4.png referenced in
scribus/doc/en/images/Makefile.am seems to be missing.
I've created a simple patch to eliminate these
references and the build completes without error.

I've attached the patch, although I doubt you need it.
