For now, you might try this: Use pdftk to break up the PDF and put into a separate directory. Then you can use on of the scripts in the wiki: http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Automatic_import_of_images:_Versions_not_requiring_Tkinter There are two scripts, for different sizes of paper, but more importantly for two different kinds of layouts. I think there are enough hints in the scripts to suggest how to modify to your own purposes. Greg
