There doesn't seem to be anything in the EULA that would prevent someone from redistributing, as long as you did not do it commercially. One thing I note is that, in common with the annoying feature of printing images natively in Windows, when you get ready to print, you cannot place your image on the page -- you are left with a list of layouts from which you pick a size, and for each size only their layout is possible.
In regard to the prior comment about scanning your computer, you can upfront when you first start limit it to whatever you want, your home directory for example, and even on the fly you can use Folder Manager to stop scanning of any directories after it's already started. Greg
