You can use the inline graphics features, which, despite its current limitations, might do what you want: Copy an image frame with Ctrl+C, insert the cursor into a text frame, then use Ctrl+V. As for text on path, see: http://documentation.scribus.net/index.php/Attach_Text_to_Path HTH Christoph
