Hi, Andreas I recently switched to intelMac (gs is ok) and ran into the same problem.
EPS/PS import does render the file (progress box) - after clicking with LMB on my workspace simply nothing happens. I tried a few different EPS' - all seem to be rendered - no error message - but also no elements after clicking. Rasterizing is ok, but renders only with 72 dpi (?) I never used EPS import this or the other way before. So it might well be I did something wrong. Importing into a new document (no open doc) is ok (for text and vectors) - though color names are not correctly imported Jon > Jonathan Howard-2 wrote: >> >> Hi, >> >> I've just got going on Scribus 1.3.3.7 for OSX & have been working >> through the documents at docs.scribus.net. >> >> I've just tried to do the gif/EPS comparison exercise at http:// >> docs.scribus.net/index.php?lang=en&page=importhints and I can't get >> the EPS of the penguin to import into my document.
