Unfortunately there is no other docs than the comments in the sourcecode of
1.3.4cvs,
see PageItem::layoutGlyphs(), PageItem::drawGlyphs(),
PageItem_TextFrame::layout().
This code isn't ready yet for indic shaping and will be rewritten for the
HarfBuzz integration.
