[Scribus] Scribus for Mac OS X

Hello,
I'd like to know if the last recommended version of Scribus for Mac  
OS X PPC is stlll:
Scribus-Aqua-1.3.3.2-2006-05-29 and, besides, if I can use Stuffit  
Expander to expand all the compressed files.

P.S.
Are there any issues installing it on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger PPC ? And,  
in case of need, is there a procedure to uninstall everything  
correctly ?
