[Scribus] Adjust frame to image BUT NO adust image to frame?

I'm trying to place an image into my document but it's quite large, I right
clicked and noticed I can adjust the frame size to the image size, but I
can't adjust the image down to fit in the frame.  How do I scale an image
down so it fits from left to right in the margins? It's a TIFF image...
