I am now on 1.3.4 and would like to thank all the developers and bug solvers for their impressive work! As a relatively regular bug reporter, it is with great pleasure that I report bugs constructively in order to ensure the person who will code will be able to track it down and have always found that a proper report with a good step by step and good problem determination ensures a quick and efficient fix.
I am actually thinking of writing a white paper on problem determination (technical support training). Do you guys think it would be good as "what to do when you have found a bug?" in the bug tracker intro? Cedric
