I just wanna say I strongly support what Craig Ringer wrote about this thread and that I could not find better words. Scribus needs improvement in that area, no questions, and the sooner will be the better. Mainly because a power user will of course find it's way through such a behavior using workarounds such as moving deliberately a frame by an easy to remember value (100 pts for instance) before bringing it back... All this only to make sure the changes will affect a specific frame. Thanks!
