I was able to download the ODT and ODB files, but not the RTF or ZIP files. I get a 404 error document for those. One of them uses the tilde, the other does not. The two that I was able to download both use the tilde, so it's not the tilde. According to the server, the RTF and ZIP files simply are not there. I can understand how it might appear to John that the RTF is present, because he only uses a relative link for that file, and it might be present in the current directory of his local harddrive, giving the illusion of being present on the server.
