[Scribus] Creating & Printing a Booklet A4 to A5

But!!!!!!!!!! As they say 

Seems very complicated in terms runing the command line interpreter from
within Scribus.

So from the How to article it seems as if you can run Kprinter (KDE) but
from what I can see that's only in the Linux environment.

Any ideas as to where to from here.
