Other thing... the use of pdftk is totally temporay, cause I created another algorithm for re-ordering the pages, and pdflatex will be used for 180deg rotation. I just left pdftk handling that because I was worried about the output methods, now the all stuff is solved, there is no crucial needing of this package ^_^v That's the reason it is release just for testing and improvements.
