In Windoze the only tool I found which worked more or less properly is multivalent: http://sourceforge.net/projects/multivalent
You need to have some programing skills to use it. But it's the only windoze tool I found which was able to work on Scribus generated PDFs, more or less properly. More or less... Properly... Xavier
