[scribus] Where did the templates go?

Just upgraded to 1.3.3.12. In previous versions and in 1.3.5 one of 
the choices in the file menu is New from template. I don't see that 
on the file menu of 1.3.3.12. Is it someplace else? Did I install 
incorrectly?
