I am very familiar with lulu.com, having used their service to publish several books. I just want to let you know that, rather than bogging down this reflector, you should feel free to e-mail me privately with questions regarding lulu.com requirements. Specific Scribus questions should probably still come here, though, since I don't claim to me more than an average user (if that) of Scribus.
