[scribus] Suggestion of 1.3.5.1

I use kerning pretty often. On the 1.3.5.1 story editor it is hidden 
behind a >> icon.  I suggest that this function will be used a lot 
more often than strikeout. I suggest that strikeout etc. be moved 
to the >> menu and kerning be moved to a position of prominence.  
Yesterday I couldn't find the kerning function in 1.3.5.1 so I 
redid the job in 1.3.3.13.
