hi asif, if you hare tech savy enough, i can suggest you to go for a debian server install with no desktop manager and just install your window manager of choice.
my eeepc -- afaik with a similar processor -- feels really snappy... but, as greg said before, i would put much more RAM into it. as much as you can find (my eeepc has 2 GB...). this will make a big difference! have fun a.l.e
