I think I have an idea: 1. FLES send PDF to printer in Tennessee 2. FLES' order system send NA orders to Tennessee 3. Printer in Tennessee prints and ships :-) But I don't think the major reason is to speed up delivery, it's more likely to save costs. /Peter
