Since you mentioned in the other mail that you are comfortable using inkscape for calligraphy, your best first step would be to design each glyph (each of the initial, medial, final and isolated forms, as well as any ligatures) in inkscape and publish those SVGs. You can also manually combine those into a few words or sentences to see how the glyphs look in practice.
