[scribus] What is going on with funny looking page margins in 1.3.5?

Okay I found out what was going on by poking around. Yeah I feel kind of
stupid but it isn't the first time or probably the last time. Anyway The odd
looking lines I was seeing go away when I uncheck the "Display Unprintable
Area in Margin Color" check box in the General tab of the Document Setup
dialog. Now it makes sense why I was seeing what I was seeing. I just got to
"slow down baby" and pay more attention.
