[scribus] scribus-ng (1.3.5) for Hardy?

Well. Actually in these repositories there is no scribus-ng package for 
Hardy. And in official Ubuntu repository is scribus-ng - package of 
Scribus 1.3.4, which is highly recomended not to use, which is "full of 
bugs", and is not being developed anymore.
