Where can I find info about getting the manual in the US? Cost and shipping etc.?

PDF is in Louis Desjardins' hands, so to speak. To the best of my knowledge he is working right now at getting the backlog printed and shipped (to NA). We also sent an updated version to LSI, with some hope that this may result in others around the world getting their copies too. Nonetheless, we also continue investigating other printing routes so we don't rely on that.
