[scribus] Scribus Manual, again.

If someone will send me the pdf of the Scribus manual I will 
make a hardcopy version available on Amazon USA in a few 
days. The price may be higher because of the high cost of 
digital printing. I am a bit disappointed that with all the 
talent available on this board the more or less routine 
process of making a printed book available for purchase has 
taken  so much time.
