[scribus] Can't close style manager window

Scribus 1.3.5svn April 19, 64-bit on Jaunty

There is no way to close the Style Manager window. I can add, delete,
clone or edit styles, and I can click on Apply, but the OK button is
always grayed out and there is no X in the upper right corner of the
title bar. I have to force quit Scribus because I can't get the focus
back to the Story Editor or the main document window.
