it's because the canadian post drives right: in england, they can only drive in 
the deep night, when nobody else is around...

p.s.: if the UK didn't work so hard on destroying their public services, you 
may have been able to get the book before places like norway and estonia 
(which, btw, are on the same side of the same ocean as you :-)
