Patience although worn to the last thread has paid off. The book has arrived in the Netherlands and it looks really good.
One remark though: After wainting for this sooooo long I would have expected it to be a signed copy from all authors AND Benjamin Goodger. Thanks for those involved in finally making this work and actually delivering after this long time. I will probably have forgotten the wait long after I still make use of the book I hope.
