[scribus] Please "Do not check fonts at startup" feature to new version

I make very big fonts in size, and very complex. Version 1.3.12  
recognize, but 1.3.13, 1.3.5, 1.3.5svn dont.
If there is the feature "Dont check fonts at start up" i can use those 
fonts with my responsibility.
