Since the Scribus PDF has the correct margins this must be something
that happens when you print from Adobe Reader. Have you made sure you
have not selected any scaling options in the print dialog? The default
for Adobe Reader is as far as I remember to "fit" pages.


There are other options than PSutils, for example Multivalent or the
Bookbinder program.

There is also a program called Bookinder that has a GUI, but I can't
find the link to the homepage right now.
