Why not add to the footer: To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to scribus-request at lists.scribus.info with the subject unsubscribe ? Or go to http://lists.scribus.info/mailman/listinfo/scribus to unsubscribe. As some people use aliases, I think mailman can include the email address it sends to in the body/footer of the message to. This would clarify for people with which email they are subscribed. Maybe this can help to reduce the amount of this kind of spam? It would need to be done by the list owner/moderator.
