[scribus] Frames won't unlock

[Margaret and George McIntosh]

I have been using Scribus for a couple of weeks and I like it. I had previously 
used 
Pagemaker for several years. I have run into a problem with the frames, text 
and 
image, apparently locking and I can't unlock them. Since I can't select them, 
Item is 
grayed out.
How can I unlock the frames so I can change the contents?
I am running Windows 7 x64.
