He is using Scribus 1.3.3.14 on Windows 32-bit. He imports text from a database and applies full justification to the text. Scribus justifies the text correctly. But when he exports from Scribus to PDF the full justification reverts to left aligned. He can get left aligned, right aligned, or centered in the PDF, but not justified. He also tried 1.3.6, but it did not resolve the problem.
