I don't believe there are any pre-compiled binaries for 1.5.0 but building from 1.5.0svn is fairly straightforward if you have all the tools. Instructions are here: http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Building_SVN_versions_with_CMake Pre-compiled binaries for other versions are on Sourceforge -- expand the appropriate folders.
