I am writing a book where text should flow from linked page to linked page
with one exeption: a new chapter shouild start a new page. Thus far I have
just been adding blank lines until the page header went to the next page.
But this is obviously dangerous if additional material is entered before
the page break.

Some possibiliities:
Break the link between the end page of one chapter and the start page of
the next.

Some sort of special style?
