Me again. Sorry for double-posting. I forgot to mention, that I've read the instructions about submitting design templates [1], but the instructions seem to be outdated, because:
a) There's no "create new account" link on www.scribus.net b) Even if manually going to the Drupal login [2], the "Create new account" tab is missing there, too. So I assume that the admin has disabled the ability to request new accounts as anonymous user. Yours, Peter B.
