AFAIK everything from 1.3.5 on uses the Qt 4 libs. I am doing a book cover directly in 1.5.0 today. It is stable enough for my production work. If it ever falters I will go back to 1.4.0 RC6. Before I did book covers in 1.4.0 and then reloaded the file in 1.5.0 to get pdf x/1-a:2001 format. But 1.5.0 is up to the point where the things I am doing do not upset its digestion. I download and compile both overnight automatically (svn versions.) I do not suggest that anyone else jump right in to 1.5.0 for production. It works for me but may not for you. But 1.4.0 in its successive incarnations has been around long enough to be safe to use. So I see no reason for anyone to use 1.3.3.14 any more. -- John Culleton Free list of books for self-publishers: http://wexfordpress.net/shortlist.html "Create Book Covers with Scribus" http://www.booklocker.com/books/4055.html
