Hi, I can't help you with 1.3.3.14, it is a 'bit old' Suggest you upgrade, so look at http://wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Download and go to 'Download Scribus 1.4.0 RC5 installer for Windows (32-bit)' I presume the tutorial you are following is the Rembrandt one. It works in 1.4.0 RC5 ok. It will be found under 'Scribus basics' of 'Getting Started' in the manual -- Owen
