[scribus] Strange behaviour

Hi - I have noticed some strange behaviour in Scribus 1.4.1. When a new 
page is added to an existing document, usually a frame appears in the 
grey area below the existing document and is reported in the preflight 
check as a frame not contained in the existing document. I need to 
delete the 'free' floating frame then the preflight system tells me the 
document is free of all problems. Has anyone got any suggestions as to 
how i may remove/stop this behaviour?
