What you insert is just the code for the glyph, what glyph is shown depends on what font is applied. So you need to change the font for the glyph to a font containing the glyph. I really think that it would be good if Scribus applied direct formatting (changing the font) to the glyph when it is inserted, so users would get the expected behavior: The correct glyph showing up in the document. /Peter
