If I were doing it, I think I would make a small text frame with only this word in it, with right-to-left justification, then superimpose this on the other text frame, creating space as needed horizontally and vertically to fit this frame in there. Of course, you do *not* want to set text flow around this little frame. This is not very elegant, but is a fairly simple process. I tried to see if I could manage to make an inline graphic from the arabic, but on conversion to outlines, the spacing of the arabic characters was messed up and I'm sure wholly inadequate for your needs.
