[scribus] query

Dear Scribus,
I attempted to download scribus.net but I was informed my computer couldn't 
operate the program. My computer is a Power Book G4 Mac '04 so I might need an 
updated computer. Could you please let me know if there is anything I can do to 
download and operate scribus.net?
