For most of my impositions i've been using a very nice Windows
"freeware" called Gimpose
(http://www.noliturbare.com/pdf-tools/simple-imposition). I use Linux,
but this program works perfectly under Wine. It has a very simple gui
and does the most common tasks: booklets, 2-up, and cut stacks. Highly
recommended.
